It's a high speed & precision three colors rotary screen printing machine. Using Taiwan cam divider to build up high speed round worktable. Can work very fast without any shack. During printing, also can feeding & discharge product. The max speed can be 1500 cycles/hr. It's the first choice for big quantity screen printing.
Machine Features:
1. Auto 4-digit counters built-in, counting printing quantity;
2. Air-frame adopts coin alloy, and metal coating surface;
3. Double column vertical structure, high precision, steady operation;
4. The transverse stroke can be adjusted, spacing by Taiwan electronic switch;
5. The angle of scraper and ink covering blades can be adjusted randomly;
6. Installing scraper constant pressure equipment to make sure pressure is steady when printing;
7. You can regulate work-table back and forth or right and left, and then fastening it;
8. You can regulate screen frame back and forth, right and left or level orientation;
9. With high and strong vacuum system;
10. Installing CEC oil buffer on up and down, left and right to avoid printing shock;
11. The machine is running fast, stably and lower noise;
