Round Bottles Flame Treatment Machine
Application:
Treatment the surface of PP, PE, PET bottles and buckets before printing to improve the printing quality. Also can use corona or plasma treament unit to instead of flame treatment. Once finished to treat the surface, the ink print on the bottles or buckets will be with strong adhesion.
Function:
1. flame treatment machineis suitable for treating the surface of plastic products which have different shapes,such as PP,PE, PET,PVC and so on
2. This kind flame treatment machine has unusual design,it can treat kinds of shapes containers
3. The Conveyor speed can be adjusted at random,conveyor belt plate adopts matt finishing treatment stainless steel, and the machine is running smoothly.
4. Two fire-jet heads can be adjusted independently,closed and also can be installed face to face, all kinds of thickness product can't be changed though treatment
5. we can install autoignition system and corona unit accoring to customers requirement
